Home sales pick up in area
Hey, everyone, I thought you might find this article from the Killeen Daily Herald interesting (see above link). It seems that for two consecutive months (August and September) more Fort Hood area (including Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove and Nolanville) homes sold in 2009 than the same period in 2008. Let's hope this is a trend that continues. For those of you that are homeowners, things are looking up. For those of you renting, you might want to move toward purchasing as prices are sure to start edging up if this trend continues. Ya'll have a great day...
